2. Description of Service
DominateTools provides a collection of free, client-side web utilities including (but not limited to) image processing tools, text converters, design mockup generators, and developer productivity tools. All tools operate entirely within the user's web browser.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DominateTools only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to process, generate, or distribute material that is illegal, harmful, obscene, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our services.
4. Intellectual Property
DominateTools and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the site operators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our SVG icons, UI designs, and written documentation are proprietary. The tool source code where noted as open-source is governed by its respective license.
5. No Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the output of any tool is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You assume all risk associated with your use of the tools.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DominateTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DominateTools. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
